SEE YOUR WRITING PERFORMED LIVE IN LONDON!

Are you a writer with a piece of work you want to see realised? Want to see it performed in a top London venue? Then Encompass Productions want you! Submissions are now open for BARE ESSENTIALS, a night created to showcase new and emerging theatrical talent. See your work staged and performed by experienced and professional actors and directors, all of whom have worked with Encompass who have been mounting productions and events since 2010.

Previous Bare Essentials have led to the critically acclaimed ‘Life in a Sketchbook’ being produced and performed in London's West End; the result of a collaboration with writer Emma Minihan who submitted to the event. Further collaborations also led to the creation of a short film in association with Tartan Viking Films. We're always on the lookout for new creatives to work with – so why not submit something today?

'The Sofa' would later be developed into the full-length hit production 'Life in a Sketchbook'
CRITERIA
- Pieces can be of any genre: comedy, drama, monologues etc. but must take the form of a theatrical script with dialogue.
- Submissions can be self-contained pieces OR extracts from longer work
- Pieces must be between 5 & 20 minutes long
- Keep things technically minimal. The event is called Bare Essentials for a reason!

SUBMIT TO LIAM FLEMING (CREATIVE PRODUCER) AT: thinktank@encompassproductions.co.uk (Subject: 'Bare Essentials 2014')
